Hi, my name is Erik and this website introduces you to my work.

I live with Madelon and our three children Madeleine (13), Zomer (12) and Miro (7) in Bloemendaal (near Amsterdam) in The Netherlands.

My greatest professional joy is to work with individuals and groups on complex challenges to create break through results that last.

The era that we currently live in fascinates me. The gradual emergence of a new paradigm and related worldview inspires me and drives my work.

My specialisation is the design and facilitation of transformation processes.

In our work at Aberkyn we help leaders transform themselves, their teams and their organisations.

Within Touching the Community Soul, we explore frontiers and discover what organisations and society can become and how to get there.

At the Strategy Center at Nyenrode Business University, I predominantly teach in part time and executive programmes and guide students with their thesis research. The areas that I cover and integrate are: participative strategy development, organisational innovation, implementation & change.
